Thomas Aly - CEO & Founder

Thomas grew up in Early, Texas and graduated from Early High School in 2010. He attended Hardin-Simmons University. He received a Bachelors degree in ministry with a minor in missions and graduated in May 2014. After completing his degree, Thomas served four years as youth minister at First Baptist Church, Albany, Tx. During his time in Albany, he was responsible for leading both youth and adults on trips to multiple countries in Africa. He and his wife, Jordan, were married in June 2013. They have two children, a daughter named Laney, and a son named Jett.




Ryan Eastman - Area Director

Ryan joined the Live Missions Staff in September 2019. He spent the previous 11 years as Worship/Youth & Family Life Minister at First Baptist Church in Holliday, TX. He was born and raised in San Angelo, TX. He graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (Go CRU!) with a B.A. in Christian Ministry in May 2008, where he also played golf. He enjoys traveling and taking road trips with his wife Kelly and their dog, Sader. He loves watching or playing sports (golf, hunting, snow/water skiing, playing music, and really anything outdoors).



Laura Grametbaur - Administrative Assistant

After graduating from West Texas State University, Laura began her career as the Junior High & High School choral director in Denver City, Texas. From 1991-2017, Laura served at Cooper High School, Jefferson Middle School, and Clack Middle School in Abilene, Texas. In 2017, Laura retired from Abilene ISD completing 28 years educating students at the secondary level. Laura currently attends First Baptist Church, Abilene, where she is an active member of the Sanctuary Choir. She enjoys crafting, scrapbooking & organizing and cooking. Her favorite activity is baking for family & friends.


Abigail Killough - Marketing Intern

Abigail Killough was born and raised in Winters, Texas where she graduated in 2019. She is now attending Texas A&M University where she is pursuing a degree in Communication with a focus on social media and minoring in Art. She is a member of Sigma Phi Lambda and is currently the communication chair. She enjoys singing, painting, baking and photography! She also loves traveling with her family and hammocking with her friends!
