Thomas Aly - CEO & Founder

As a young man, leading groups to Kampala Uganda, Thomas began to see the need for discipleship in the church. He knew that for people to sustain their knowledge of Jesus Christ, they needed to be stewarded like Jesus did his disciples. In the spring of 2016, God began to pull Thomas’ heart towards missions’ full time. Running from this calling for about a year, God was cultivating his heart to begin something that was bigger than himself. In August of 2017, Live Missions was started and began to pursue churches and colleges and showing them God’s heart through a missional lens.

Thomas served on staff at Albany First Baptist Church for four years as the Youth Pastor. While at Albany FBC, he led youth and adults from the church on trips to Uganda & Rwanda. He and His wife, Jordan, were married in the June 2013. They have a daughter named Laney and a son named Jett. Thomas graduated from Hardin Simmons University in May 2014 where he majored in Ministry with a minor in Missions.
